Very catchy blog, Ruwan and unique layout. I hadn't heard of "Holacracy" before and it was a new term for me so it got me interested to read more on it. Besides Agile teams in software companies, is it applied to any other industry? It seems like an emerging leadership style to offer stability but perhaps companies are slow to adapt because this model needs a well-orchestrated team of people who can coordinate and work independently.
