    1. Very catchy blog, Ruwan and unique layout. I hadn't heard of "Holacracy" before and it was a new term for me so it got me interested to read more on it. Besides Agile teams in software companies, is it applied to any other industry? It seems like an emerging leadership style to offer stability but perhaps companies are slow to adapt because this model needs a well-orchestrated team of people who can coordinate and work independently. Interestingly Holacracy seems to go against Lassez-faire leadership because in Lassez-faire there is an absence of leadership, whilst in Holacracy everyone is empowered to be a leader and work with a high degree of autonomy.
All in all - excellent topic!

  13. Superb Article which I can really enjoy reading. This article really dives into some cool stuff about Holacracy, a whole new way of spreading power around in the workplace. Instead of having one big boss, teams organize themselves into these 'circles,' giving everyone the freedom to make decisions in their own areas. It's all about building a culture where people take ownership .This idea of self-management, where traditional bosses are out of the picture entirely. It's all about teamwork and trust, with everyone pitching in to figure out goals, solve problems, and allocate resources. I personally believe, by blending HR practices with Holacracy, self-management, and agile methods, companies can create places where creativity thrives, challenges are met head-on.
